The DWI team is delighted to be participating in this years American Academy of Religion, Western Region, Annual Conference, to be held March 19 - 21, 2021. The theme of this years meeting is Religious Studies after COVID-19: The Role of Religion in Times of Pandemic, Sustainability, Marginalized Communities, and Social & Economic Justice.
Charlie and Chantal Forbes will be participating in panels for the Ecology and Religion unit, and the Religion, Literature and Film unit. Chantal will also be moderating a joint session panel between these two units that will explore the theme of the emergence of spiritual ecology in the film My Octopus Teacher.
